Creation

We can put any design of your choice on the card but you are solely responsible for any content that you put on the card and viros card does not assume any liability for copyright and trademark infringements. 

For the UK we use Royal mail first class signed for delivery service. Once the card is ready its usually a next day service. Due the pandemic this has slowed down in some cases to a two day delivery but most customers get their card back in a day. 

For international shipping, the shipping time varies, typically from 3 days to 20 days depending on carrier etc. We always recommend a priority service due to the nature of the product.

General

Your card will work everywhere globally just as your current card for both chip and pin as well as magnetic functions. Please be aware contactless will not work with the metal card and if you would still like to use contactless, please use apple pay or google pay on your devices.  

Yes! At Viros Card we take the security of your card data very seriously for this reason our machine does not store any card data, it just simply transfers data from old plastic card to new metal card. We always recommend freezing your card before sending it to us, using your online banking. We have also made it a policy to only employ people who have passed a DBS test which is a enhanced security check in the UK.

Your custom metal card will work in all ATM Machines as normal however we recommend avoiding ATM machines which require the card to be fully inserted as some of the machines aren’t desgined for heavier metal cards and the card may get stuck. Partial insertion ATM Machines work perfectly as you can manually insert and remove the card. 

You must treat this as you would any other card. Please contact your bank ASAP!!! 

Shipping

Once your order is confirmed, we get to work and start the design process of your custom card. 

Our aim is to ship the card back out within 2 business days of receiving it. We keep you informed throughout the process. From when we receive the card to when we ship the new card back out with tracking data.
we recommend using express courier services when shipping to us so the package can be tracked. 

We ship worldwide but due to Global pandemic there may be some delays in shipping. We offer Free Tracked Next Day Delivery for UK customers. For international customers we offer standard and express shipping, (see prices at checkout)
